摘要
目的：探讨乳腺错构瘤的X线诊断及意义。方法：回顾性分析35例经手术病理证实的乳腺错构瘤患者的乳腺X线资料，并与手术病理对比分析。结果：35例乳腺错构瘤在X线片上以脂肪组织与纤维实体组织不同比例混合，呈混合型密度的肿块影有18例，以脂肪组织为主呈脂肪型低密度的肿块影有8例，以纤维腺体组织为主呈致密型密度的肿块影有9例；肿块影大小分布，≤2．1cm有5例，在2．1～4．0cm的有13例，〉4．0cm有17例；肿块影边缘清晰的有28例，模糊及较清晰共有7例。结论：乳腺错构瘤的X线表现与其病灶内低密度的脂肪组织及高密度的腺体组织、纤维组织所占的比例有关，其中混杂密度是其特异性的X线表现。
Objective：To discuss the X-ray diagnostic features of breast hamartoma. Methods： 35 pathologically testified cases of breast hamartoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results.. In our collection of 35 cases of hamartoma, 18 were mixed, 8 were low and 9 were high in density; the size of the tumor masses was presented as follows：5 masses with a diameter of smaller than or equal 2.0cm,13 masses with a diameter of 2.1-4.0cm and 17 masses with a diameter of larger than 4.0cm. Tumor masses with clear contour in 28 cases were found,while the ones with blurred rims in 7 cases were demonstrated. Conclusion ： The proportion of tumor components （ the proportion of tumor elements, such as fat, glands, fibrous tissue） played an important role on the X-ray manifestations of breast hamartoma.
