摘要
以某型轿车差速器行星齿轮为例,对直齿圆锥齿轮摆辗成形过程进行了有限元研究,获得和分析了直齿圆锥齿轮在摆辗成形过程中的应力-应变情况、金属流动规律、摆辗力能曲线等,揭示了直齿圆锥齿轮摆辗变形机理。进行了摆辗工艺试验研究,生产出了高尺寸精度和高表面质量的试样,表明了直齿圆锥齿轮摆辗工艺的合理可行性和有限元分析结果的精确性。
Finite element analysis was applied to research the process of cool rotary forging for differential satellite gear of a car, the status of strain and stress, metal flow rule and force-time curve were obtained and the deformation mechanism of straight tooth bevel gear during cool rotary roll was revealed. The technology was researched experimentally on the rotary roll machine and the test samples with high dimensional accuracy and high surface quality were obtained. The result shows that finite element analysis is effective and satisfactory,the cool rotary forging for straight tooth bevel gear is reasonable and feasible.
