摘要
对CaO颗粒脱硫反应用热重分析法进行了实验研究,CaO颗粒由国内有代表性的6种不同产地的石灰石加热分解制成。实验表明石灰石品种对脱硫反应有影响,在870℃时,CaO转化率在17%~36%之间。建立了CaO脱硫反应动力学数学模型,并计算了动力学参数,即反应速度常数Ks和产物层扩散系数Dp。在870℃时Ks为1.64×10(-8)~6.86×10-8m4/(mol·s),Dp为3.15×10(-13)~1.61×10(-12)m2/s。CaO脱硫表面化学反应的表观活化能为42.6~59.1kJ/mol。
The desulfurization reaction of CaO particles was studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis method. CaO particles were calcined limestones which were from six typical areas in China. The experimental results show that the desulfurization reaction was affected by the type of limestone to some extent. CaO conversions were between 17% and 36% at 870℃. The kinetic parameters, rate constant Ks for surface reaction and diffusivity Dp of reactant gas in product layer, were calculated by a mathematical model. The value of Ks ranges from 1. 64×10-8 to 6. 86×10-8m4/(mol·s) and that of Dp, from 3. 15 ×10-13 to 1. 61× 10-12m2/s at 870℃. The apparent activation energy for the gas-solid surface chemical reaction of CaO with SO2 is in the range of 42. 6~59. 1 kJ/mol.
