摘要
介绍了一种新型滚子摆杆式凸轮机构的结构与工作原理。对该凸轮机构采用正弦曲线的形封闭误差和运动传递误差进行了理论分析。通过实例计算和结果分析,表明该凸轮理论廓线采用正弦曲线,在振幅较小时,有较好的形封闭性,适合用于高速凸轮。采用滚子摆杆传递运动误差较大,用于高速凸轮时必须改进。
Structure and working principle of a king of novel roller and swinging rod typed cam mechanism were introduced. Adopting the form closure error and the motion transmission error of sine curve to carrying out theoretical analysis of this cam mechanism. Through calculation of a living example and its result analysis verified that while the vibration amplitude is comparatively small and the sine curve is being adopted, the theoretical contour of cam possesses rather good form closure property and is suitable to be applied for high-speed cam. The kinematical error is rather big with the adoption of roller swinging rod transmission; improvements should be made while the mechanism is being applied to the high-speed cam.
