光纤SPR传感检测系统的超分辨数据重建 被引量:3

Data Reconstruction With Super-Resolution Method in Optical Fiber SPR Sensing Systems

摘要 对光纤SPR传感检测系统的超分辨数据重建做了可行性分析,给出超分辨数据重建模型,并在共振波长检测实验中验证了超分辨数据重建的有效性。对使用软处理方式提高测量精度具有重要参照价值。 The feasibility analysis of data reconstruction with super-resolution method in optical fiber SPR sensing systems is made. The model for reconstructing data with super-resolution method is presented. The reconstuction effect is also proved in the experiment of resonant wavelength detect.
