摘要
介绍了一个专门为以PLC为核心控制器的电梯控制系统而设计开发的电梯通信系统。对起源于汽车工业的总线技术CAN总线和LIN总线进行了研究,说明了CAN总线、LIN总线在电梯通信系统中的应用,提出了可靠而低成本的CAN/LIN混和网络体系,并设计了CAN/LIN数据交换的网关,分析其系统构成和通信实现。由CAN/LIN混合网络体系构成的通信系统与用传统通信方式构架的电梯通信系统相比,前者具有低成本、高可靠性的特点。
The introduced elevator communication system was specially designed for elevator control system in which PLC is used as kernel controller. The technologies of CAN and LIN bus that come from automobile industry are researched, and the application of CAN bus and LIN bus in this elevator communication system is described. The reliable and low-cost mixed network architecture of CAN/LIN is proposed, and the gateway of CAN/LIN data exchange is designed. The composition of the system and implementation of communication are analyzed. Comparing with traditional communication frame, the mixed network structure makes the elevator communication system more reliable and cost-effective.
