摘要
针对目前纺织测试仪器的信息化程度低和仪器仪表模块化、网络化的发展趋势,研究了基于CAN总线的纺织测试仪器网络化系统,给出了系统的硬件设计和软件设计方案。该系统具有抗干扰能力强、模块化和结构开放等特点,可以根据实际需要进行节点扩展和与Internet连接,能实现基于网络的纺织设备工作过程异地监控。实验结果表明了整个系统是可靠和有效的。
Aiming at current low level in information of textile test instruments and the developing trend of modularization and networking, CAN-bus based networking system in this area is studied. The hardware and software design strategies of the system are given. The system features good anti-interference, modularization and open architecture, etc, and can be expanded in nodes and connected to Internet according to the practical situation, and textile devices based on network can be monitored in other different places, The result of experiment indicates the whole system is reliable and effective.
