燃煤电厂烟气中汞控制技术研究概况 被引量:15

摘要 在介绍目前燃煤锅炉烟气中汞的排放状况、存在形态以及监测方法的基础上,论述了燃煤电厂烟气中汞污染控制技术的研究现状与发展前景。首先介绍了影响脱汞效率的主要因素和现有设备对汞的脱除能力;然后介绍了活性炭喷射技术和多种大气污染物控制技术对汞的脱除状况;最后介绍了烟气脱汞的一些新技术,并对脱汞技术的发展前景进行了展望,得出了依靠现有烟气处理设备、采取多种污染物同时脱除的方法来经济有效的脱除烟气汞将是今后的主要发展趋势。 After introducing mercury emission, speciation and measurement methods in coal-fired flue gas, it introduces the mercury control methods and development prospects. Firstly, it reviews the main impact factors of mercury removal rate and evaluates the mercury removal capability of the existing treatment equipments; secondly, the emerging mercury control technologies are introduced, including the powdered activated carbon (PAC) injection technology and multi-pollutant control technologies. Lastly, several new mercury control technologies are shown and their application prospects are discussed. The conclusion is that the major development tendency to mercury control technologies is to improve the mercury removal rate without more cost on the basis of the existing multi-pollutant control equipment.
