摘要
层次分析法运用于企业设备采购的评价与选择过程,为减少人为因素的影响、增强决策的系统性、客观性和科学性提供了一条有效途径。供应商选择直接关系到供应链中核心企业的采购质量,影响到企业的市场竞争力。本文提出了层次分析法在设备采购中的具体应用,研究了供应商选择方法,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
AHP is widely used in estimating and choosing of equipment stocking. It gives an effective approach to reduce some man-made factors, and enhance the systematism, objectivity and scientism of the decision-making. Choosing supplier influences the quality of the purchasing in the enterprise and competitive ability of the market directly. The paper provides the practical use of AHP in equipment stocking and gives a study in choosing suppliers, which are of great academic and practical meanings.
