摘要
在不同的汽蒸环境条件(温度T和蒸汽量H)和拉伸速度V下拉伸羊毛纱,对拉伸曲线和毛纱的断裂强度P(cN/dtex)、断裂伸长率ε(%)、初始模量E(cN/dex)和断裂比功W(cN/dtex)作了分析。实验结果表明:当H、V一定时,随T的增加,毛纱的P、E、W均下降,而ε增加;当T、V一定时,随H的增加,毛纱的P、E和W均下降,而ε增加;当T、H一定时,随V的增加,毛纱的P、E、W均增加,而ε减小,符合大分子在热、湿和速度(即作用时间)条件下的基本变化规律,而且分析表明H、T、V有等效关系,但有差异。
The stretching behaviors of wool yarns were investigated under different steam conditions (temperature T and weight of steam H )and tensile velocities. The Stretching curves and some indexes which were derived from the curves such as breaking strength P (cN/dtex),breaking elongation farce (%), initial modulus E(cN/dtex) and rupture work W(cN/dtex) were also analyzed. The experimental results indieatcd:①When H and V were fixed, P,E and W decreased,but ε increased with the rising of T;②When T, V were fixod,P,E and W decreased,but ε increased with the rising of H;③When T,H were fixed, P, E and W increased, but ε decreased with the rising of V. The variations were accordant with the basic regular of metabolic of macromolecule under different hot, wet damps and tensile velocities (stretching time). Analysis showed that there were equivalent relations to H, T and V, but there were differences.
