摘要 博客是一种蕴涵网络原质力量的以公众为中心的新兴网络传播形式。它借助延伸信息空间的多维度传播方式和传受合一的传播形态,使公共领域的个人化传播和双向反馈传播成为可能,预示着个人媒体时代的真正到来。这给传统道德带来了一系列的冲击:虚拟性弱化了道德规范,信息多元化导致道德信念的迷失,匿名性导致了道德人格的异化。博客时代的道德诉求主要是博客主体道德人格的主观能动性提升和自律机制的倡导和构建,包括建立道德评判标准和信息批判能力,培养恒久的道德情感,磨练坚定的道德意志,增强自律的道德诉求等。这将有助于更好地发掘出个人的社会价值,拓展网络的道德视野,发挥网络的知识价值,从而提炼出一种健康、个性、平民的博客精神。 Blog is a new public-centered network communication form containing original force of network. With the help of the multi-dimensional communication means of extending information space and the communication form of the integration of spreading and receiving, blog makes possible the personal spreading and the two-way feedback of public realm and it indicates the coming of the era of personal media. This brings about a series of impacts on traditional morality. The virtual feature weakens moral values, diversification of information leads to the loss of moral conviction, and anonymity brings about the alienation of moral character. The moral appeals in the blog era are mainly the initiative promotion of the morality of the blog subjects and the advocacy and construction of self-regulating mechanism, including the establishment of ethical standards and information critical ability, the cultivation of lasting moral sensibility, the steeling of firm moral will, and the strengthening of self-discipline. This will contribute to a better exploration of personal social values and giving full play to knowledge value of network.
