摘要
南通市涌现多位奥运冠军和世界冠军,形成著名的“南通现象”。造成此现象主要源于始终坚持以培养输送后备人才为重点的竞技体育发展战略;采取市县联动、体教联手的策略;注重科学选材,提高成才效率;积极构建面向大众的全民健身服务体系;推动体育产业化,形成体育事业发展的良性循环。
There emerge in Nantong quite a few Olympic champions and world champions, which is called ＂Nantong phenomenon＂. The reasons for this phenomenon are mainly as follows： sticking to the strategies of competitive sports development to cultivate potential young athletes; adopting the strategies of linking Nantong and its subordinate counties as well as the cooperation between sports and education; paying attention to the scientific selection of young talents and improving the efficiency of nurturing them; actively constructing a fitness-oriented public service system; spurring the industrialization of physical education and creating a sound circulation of the development of physical education cause.
