摘要
试验选用相近胎次(4-6胎)和分娩日龄(相差3d左右)的长×大二元母猪20头,随机分成4个处理组,各处理组哺乳仔猪均从5日龄开始补料,哺乳仔猪日粮中分别添加0、50、100和200 mg/kg的酵母-β1,3/1,6-葡聚糖,研究酵母β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖对哺乳仔猪生长性能和免疫机能的影响。结果表明:哺乳仔猪日粮中添加酵母β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖,对生产性能无显著影响,有降低仔猪腹泻率和死亡率的趋势;可显著提高外周血淋巴细胞转化率,血清IgA、IgG和IgM浓度(P<0.05),有提高血清溶菌酶活性的趋势。综合全期生长性能和免疫调节效果来看,哺乳仔猪日粮中β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖适宜的添加剂量为50mg/kg。
The present study were conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with 0, 50, 100, 200 mg/kg of β-1,3/1,6 -glucan extracted from Saccharomyces cerevisiae on growth performance, lymphocyte proliferation, serum lysozyme activity and serum igA, IgG, IgM, and then determine the optimum dose of β-1,3/1,6-glucan in suckling piglets diets during the nursing period. Landrace ×Large White sows (n = 20) were assigned to 4 groups matched for close parity(n = 4-6), near delivery period, 5 sows per group. The assignment of all experimental suckling piglets was the same as that of sows, 5 replicates per treatment, one litter with 9-11suckling piglets per replicate. All sows were freely fed the same lactation diet. Prestarter feed were freely available to the nursing piglets from 5 d of age until weaning. The results showed that oral supplementation with β-1,3/1,6-glucan had no significant effect on growth performance (P 〉 0.05), only numerical decreases in diarrhea frequency and mortality rate. And, studies also found that β-1,3/1,6-glucan supplementation can significantly enchance concentrations of serum IgG, IgA and IgM, lymphocyte proliferation indices (P 〈 0.05) in suckling piglets. However, no significant effect ofβ-1,3/1,6-glucan was observed on serum lysozyme activity(P 〉 0.05). From above results, it can be deduced that the optimum dose of dietary continuous supplementing withβ-1,3/1,6-glucan in suckling piglets was 50 mg per kilogram diet of feed.
