Determination of Ethylenediaminedisuccinic Acid in Soil and Plant Using Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)可应用于重金属污染土壤的强化植物修复或是土壤淋洗修复.但是现有的检测方法或过于复杂,或检出限太高.本研究建立了应用超声波萃取、硫酸铜衍生化和液相色谱,紫外检测器测定土壤、植物中EDDS含量的方法.其回收率为93%~ 118%,灵敏度较高;检出限达1.5 μmol/L;重现性好,不受其它多种共存离子的干扰. Ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid (EDDS) can be used in chelate enhanced phytoremediation or leaching remediation for heavy metal-polluted soil. But current method have a very high detection limit or complex process. This study describes the development of a method for determining EDDS in soil and plant at low concentration s by high performance liquid. After short sample pretreatment, the samples extracted by supersonic and derived with copper sulfate were analyzed by reversed phase liquid chromatography. The mobile phase is 0.03 mol/L acetate-acetic acid buffer of pH 4.0 with counter ion. Ultraviolet absorbance detection was applied at 254 nm. The method: is simple and a low limit of detection ( 1.5 μmol/L). The correlation coefficient exceeded 0.99 and the recovery efficiency is between 93% - 118%. It is reliable and the interference from other metal ions was eliminated.
