摘要
建设社会主义新农村必须解决城乡差距拉大的问题。当前,我国城乡差距拉大主要表现在经济发展差距拉大、社会发展差距拉大、基础设施和面貌上的差距拉大这三个方面。通过构建协调发展的城乡经济关系、和谐相处的城乡社会关系、良性互动的城乡文化关系,为建设社会主义新农村提供前提和保障。
Before to build a new socialist countryside, we should first of all solve the problems of the increasingly bigger gap between the city and countryside. At present, the increasingly bigger gap between the city and countryside can be seen in the economic development, the social development, and the infrastructure and outlook. Only through the construction of a mutual beneficial economic relationship, a harmonious social relationship and a good interactive cultural relationship between the city and the countryside, the construction of a new socialist countryside can go smoothly.
