摘要
新中国成立初期,在侧重推行“一边倒”外交的同时,中国政府还提出了和平外交。到50年代上半期,随着形势的变化,新中国提出了和平共处五项原则,开始全面推行和平外交。本文拟简要评述这一时期新中国和平外交的提出和实践。
