摘要
在对典型零件工艺路线分析的基础上,考虑基于网络的工艺编程中存在的相关问题,结合加工工艺排序过程中的机床、刀具和夹具的使用,运用模拟进化技术与机械加工专业规则库相结合的混合改进算法实现对工艺路线的有效优化和决策,并很好地应用到基于Web服务的网络化制造平台中。
On the basis of analysis of the process route for a typical workpiece, the relevant problems in the Web-based machining process programming are considered in combination with the use of machine, cutter and fixture in the machining process sequencing. The effective optimization and decision-making of the process route are realized with the aid of the mixed improved Mgorithm combining the analog evolution technology with the rule base of machining. This method has been effectively employed in the Web-based networked manufacturing platform.
