摘要
目的为了探讨细胞因子在哮喘发病中的作用,寻找新的治疗途径。方法采用重组白细胞介素-4(rIL-4)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)对30例哮喘患者及25名正常人作对照,进行外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)体外IgE合成调控的研究。结果哮喘组PBMC体外自发合成IgE明显高于对照组(t=4.4712,P<0.001)。经rIL-4刺激后PBMC合成IgE显著升高。rIL-4诱导IgE合成的程度哮喘组明显低于对照组(t=4.6719,P<0.005)。IFN-γ不仅抑制PBMCIgE的自发合成,而且抑制rIL-4的诱导合成。IFN-γ抑制PBMCIgE合成的程度哮喘组大于对照组(t=7.1833,P<0.001)。
