摘要
应用气相——质谱联用技术从茶芎挥发油中分离和鉴定了21种化学成分。其中苯酞类成分5种,萜类成分13种,其他类成分3种。并且发现这5种苯酞类成分的含量约占挥发油总量的90%左右,是茶芎挥发油的主要有效成分。
In the essential oil from the rhizome of Ligusticum sinense Oliv cv. Chaxiong, 21 constituents were identified by means of GC/MS. They are five phthalides, thirteen terpenes and three other compounds. The content of five phthalides is about 90% in the essential oil of this plant.
