摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值。方法对2004年7月-2006年6月间,经阴道超声诊断为剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的6例患者进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠有特异性的声像特征。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声是诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠最直观、准确、简便的手段。
Objective To evaluate the value of diagnosis for cesarean scar pregnancy after taking cesarean section by transvaginal color Doppler. Methods Between July 2004 and June 2006, the 6 cases with cesarean scar pregnant were analysis that was took cesarean section by transvaginal color Doppler. Results The special imaging characters can be observed of the cesarean scar pregnancy with taking cesarean section. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler is the most direct, accurate, convenient technique to diagnosis cesarean scar pregnant with taking cesarean section.
