摘要
针对AHP法中决策者的主观判断可能产生一定误差,将基于熵权的FAHP法应用于采购效能评估中.首先给出了采购效能的定义,建立了雷达装备采购效能评价模型.其次给出了雷达装备采购效能评估步骤.最后分别用AHP法和基于熵权的FAHP法对实例进行了计算.结果表明,基于熵权的FAHP法比AHP法更科学、更合理.
Aimed at the decision-maker＇s subjective judgement which may have errors on purchase effectiveness, a method of FAHP based on entropy weight was employed, and the definition of purchase effectiveness was given. A model of radar equipment purchase effectiveness evaluation was presented, and the steps of radar equipment purchase effectiveness evaluation was established. Finally, the example was calculated respectively by using the methods of AHP and FAHP based on entropy weight. The results show that the latter is more reasonable than the former.
