摘要
测定和比较了北五味子野生和栽培品种的石油醚、乙醚和水提取物的红外光谱。结果显示:北五味子野生和栽培品种的红外光谱有明显的差异,根据其光谱差异可以准确地予以鉴别。
The extracts of the wild grown and the cultivated species of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, obtained by the same isolation procedure, were determined by IR spectrophotometry. The results snowed that the IR spectra of the wild grown and the cultivated species are obviously different and they can be easily identified by their respective spectra.
