RE和Ca对镁铝合金一般腐蚀行为影响的电化学研究

摘要 主要通过在镁铝合金中添加不同含量的RE、Ca元素,采用浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学测试手段研究了不同量Ca和RE的添加对镁合金耐一般腐蚀性能的影响规律。并通过脉冲极化研究了在Mg-9Al合金中加入RE、Ca对合金表面膜的自修复能力的影响。研究结果表明,少量钙的添加能使镁铝合金的耐蚀性略有提高,而RE和Ca复合添加的共同作用能使Mg-9Al合金具有良好的耐蚀性和表面膜自修复能力。 Rare earth (RE) and calcium of various mass fractions were introduced into Mg-9Al alloy. The effects of RE and Ca on the corrosion resistance of the Mg-Al alloy were investigated using immersion corrosion test and electrochemical test. At the same time, the effect of RE and Ca on the self-repairing ability of the surface film of Mg-Al alloy was examined by means of pulsed polarization. It was found that the introduction of a small amount of Ca led to a slight increase in the corrosion resistance of the Mg-Al alloy, while the incorporation of both RE and Ca contributed to significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the Mg-Al alloy and the self-repairing ability of the surface film of the alloy as well.
