The improvement synthesis of α-damascone

摘要 采用原料价廉、易得,操作简便的合成路线,从柠檬醛出发,与烯丙基溴化镁发生格氏反应,再经氧化、异构化、环化,最后得到α-大马酮即甲位突厥酮,并对氧化等步骤进行了改进。 The synthesis method used was simple and the raw material was cheap and readily available. Citral was used as the starting material, which reacted with allyl magnesium bromide to yield an alcohol compound. The alcohol compound was oxidized, isomerized, and cyclized to give α-damascone.
