摘要
用荧光法研究了乙酰丙酮·甲醛与磺胺嘧啶(SD)的荷移反应的条件,并探讨了发光机理。实验表明,磺胺嘧啶荷移配合物的激发和发射波长为λma/λmax=410/465nm,磺胺嘧啶在6.4×10^-8-1.9×10^-6mol/L范围内的荧光强度与浓度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:F=7.18c+273.31,r=0.9977,检出限为2.56×10^-8mol/L。方法用于磺胺嘧啶钠注射液中含量的测定,结果令人满意。
A fluorescence spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of sulfadiazine (SD) based on a charge transfer reaction. Experiment showed that sulfadiazine entered into reaction with methanel and acetylacetone in acidic conditions at 80℃ for 2 h to form a complex. A linear calibration range was obtained over the SD concentration ranging from 6.4 ×10^-8 to 1.9 × 10^-6 mol/L,Tbe proposed method had been applied to the determination of sulfadiazine in the sulfadiazine sodium injection with satisfactory results.
