摘要
目的探讨不同产区桔梗果实性状的差异。方法精选全国主要产区一年生桔梗根苗,小区移栽,果实成熟后单收,室内靠种。结果不同产区的桔梗在座果数、产籽量、千粒重、果粒重、果粒数及果长等方面存有差异。结论将不同产区的桔梗划分为不同的座果类型。
Objective To determine differences of the fruit characteristics of Platycodon grandiflorum from different habitats. Methods The seedlings were planted in plot, fruits were harvested one-psant and measured in laboratory. Results Difference exists among fruits from different habitats on setting-fruit number per plant and seed amount, 1000-grains weight, fruit grain weight and number as well as fruit diameter. Conclusion Species from different habitats should be classified as different setting-fruit types.
