摘要
高校的饮食服务随着高校后勤社会化改革的进行逐渐形成了监督方(甲方)和经营管理方(乙方)的契约关系,由于甲乙双方各自的目的不同,同时高校饮食服务又不同于社会上的饮食服务业,这就需要高校后勤监督者运用科学的方法对乙方进行综合评价。文章提出了一种基于层次分析法的高校饮食综合评价方法,依据国家有关标准和高校饮食的自身特点,建立了一套包括指标、指标权重、评价方法在内的科学可行的指标体系。其目的在于更有效地激励乙方为师生服务,从而为高校师生提供一个良好的生活学习环境。
In universities, the supervisors (A side) and the operators (B side) of diet and serving come to the contracts as the progress of universities" logistics socialization. For the aims of the two sides are different and the universities" diet and serving differ from the societies, it is indispensable to evaluate the operators in the sound method. The comprehensive evaluation of diet and serving in universities based on analytic hierarchy process is used. The feasible index system including the index, index weight and evaluation method is tried to set up according to the national standards and the diet and serving characteristics in universities so as to prompt effectively the operators providing the better servings for the students and teachers.
