摘要
目的:研究不同前型者下颌关节点和切点轨迹的特征。方法:用新型下颌三维运动轨迹描记仪MT-1602测量了55名不同前牙覆覆盖者下颌咀嚼运动关节与切点的轨迹,并进行了比较分析。结果:下颌双侧关节咀嚼轨迹与切点轨迹之间具有普遍的正相关性;深覆者关节与切点轨迹的侧向幅度均小于正常(P<0.01);额状面轨迹窄于正常(P<0.01);前牙深覆盖者的轨迹与正常者无差别(P>0.05)。结论:深覆是影响下颌咀嚼运动形态的主要因素,修复时应尽量避免前牙深覆的出现。
Objective:To determine the characteristic chewing patterns of persons with different oc- clusal patterns;Methods:The supersonic run-time mandibular movement recorder MT-1602 was used and 55 volunteer students with normaI occlusion,deep overbite or deep overjet were tested.Results:The persons with deep overbite had more shallow and vertical chewing patterns than normal ones(P< 0.01),while the chewing patterns of deep overjet persons had no differences with that of the normal (P> 0.05).The chewing traces of both condylar points had a significant correlation with that of incisive point.Conclusion:Deep overbite of anterior teeth is the rnain factor affecting the mandibular chewing movements,Therefore,the deep overbite of anterior teeth should be avoided in prosthodontic treat- ments to prevent from TMJDS.
