摘要
采用可聚合乳化剂替代部分或全部常规乳化剂合成了内软外硬型丙烯酸酯核壳复合乳液,并采用自制乳液配制了外墙乳胶涂料,研究这种掺加可聚合乳化剂的核壳乳液对外墙涂料耐沾污性的影响。结果表明,与采用常规乳化剂配制得到的丙烯酸酯乳胶粒子相比,采用可聚合乳化剂配制的核壳乳液性能更好且使制备的外墙乳胶涂料耐沾污性得到大幅度提高。
Soft core/hard shell acrylate compounded emulsion was synthesized with addition of polymerisable emulsifier in stead of part or all of conventional emulsifier. Latex paint for exterior wall was prepared with self-made emulsion to make research on effects of such core-shell emulsion with polymerisable emulsifier added on stain resistance of the latex paint for exterior wall. Testing results showed that in comparison with acrylate latex prepared with addition of conventional emulsi- fier ,performance of the core-shell emulsion prepared with addition of polymerisable emulsifier was even better and stain resistance of exterior wall latex paint prepared was greatly improved.
