摘要
本文介绍了研制成功的冷封闭方法。该冷封闭液由NaF、Ni(AC)2·4H2O以及合适的添加剂HAD1、缓蚀剂HIN1组成。采用直流和交流方法所得铝氧化膜的封闭质量均达到ISO3210标准,在HCl、NaCO3腐蚀介质中有很强的耐蚀性能。图3,表7,参8。
A type of cold sealing solution composed of NaF. Ni(AC)a4H2O, an suitable additive HAD1 and inhibitor HIN1 was developed for cold sealing process for anodic films on aluminium. The results of sealing quility of anodic films obtained with DC or AC pass the standard ISO3210 and the corrosion resistance of anodic films in HCI(4%) or NaCO3(2%) were enhanced much more than those of aluminium treated by common methods.3figs., 7tabe., 8refs.
