摘要
本文对笔者们研制的CD-1500型自动血细胞分析仪配用试剂与原机进口试剂对比进行实验评价,结果表明,研制试剂理化指标可满足仪器要求;稀释液颗粒((?)血小板)本底数≤5×10~9/L,溶血剂测Hb的吸收峰图形与进口试剂几乎完全重合,在538nm处有一吸收峰,溶血剂作用后的白细胞残体超微结构的观察两种试剂几无差异;准确性试验结果满意;WBC直方图优于进口试剂;精密度除中间细胞相比稍高外,其余WBC、LYM、GRAN、RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT等7个直测参数均略优于进口试剂;稳定性、线性两种试剂均良好,且不受黄疸、脂血、溶血、Vit·C的干扰。综合评价本试剂研制可与原机进口试剂媲美,可作为目前国内的替代试剂。
The prepared reagent and the imported reagent used in Cell-Dyn 1500 Hemotology Analyzerwere-compartively enaluated. The results showedthat physical and chemical parameters of the prepared reagent were suitable for the machine:background cound ofdilute solution particles(platelet)5?09/L)absorption peak of hemoglobin measurement by hemolyic reagent eas almost as sameas the imported reagent,i.e. there was an ba-sorptonpreak at 538nm;ultrastruture of WBC residuesaftea hemolysis show no difference between these two reagents. Precision was satisfactory, WBC linearsqare graph was superior to the impored reagent i accuracy check showed that seven parameters including WBC,LYM,GRAN,RBC,HGB,MCV,PLT were also suoeriot to the imported reagentexcept intermediary cell;stability;lineaity of two reagents were good,and free from dis-turbaned by juncdice,lipemia,hemolysis and vitamin C, Conclusion;As a replaceable reagent in our country,the prepared reagent was comparableto the imported reagent.
