摘要
基于电炉流程工艺的特点,发挥电炉钢N含量高的优势,在钢中加入VN合金进行V微合金化处理,控制钢水中[0]小于0.025%,[S]小于0.005%,采取提高VN合金收得率的工艺措施,使V的收得率在90%以上,加入VN合金N的收得率在60%~70%,充分发挥了V晶粒细化和沉淀强化的作用,成功开发了V微合金化屈服强度550 MPa级的高强度热轧钢板。
Based on the research for metallurgical characteristics of EAF and utilizing the feature of high N content in EAF steelmaking, a V micro- alloyed high strength hot rolling steel plate with 550 MPa yield strength has been successfully developed by using VN alloy in the V microalloying treatment. The aim is that: [O] ≤0.025%, [S] ≤0.005%. The yield of V element is above 90% and that of N element is 60% - 70% by applying the technical measures of increasing VN alloy yield in the EAF steelmaking, this is helpful to the grain refinement and precipitation strengthening effects of V in steel.
