摘要
应用9370MHz微波脉冲式辐射豚鼠耳区,两组动物的辐射剂量分别为892、4331mW/cm2,观察耳蜗血管纹的Na+—K+—ATP酶的活性变化,并与正常组动物对照比较。经医学图像分析仪对所摄底片血管纹辉度进行定量分析,结果表明:正常对照组Na+—K+—ATP酶的均值与标准差为59.19±3.90;892mW/cm2组为61.58±5.26;4331mW/cm2组为27.04±2.05。前两组比较并无显著性差异(P>0.05),而4331mW/cm2组与对照组及892mW/cm2组之间的差异均显著(P<0.01)。提示892mW/cm2的辐射强度为安全剂量;4331mW/cm2强度为有害剂量,可在损害内耳结构的同时抑制细胞内Na+—K+—ATP酶的活性。
Using 9370 MHz microwave irradiation,the effect on Na+-K+-ATPase activity of cochlear striae vascularis in guinea pigs was studied。 The animals were divided into 3 groups:the normal control group, the two other groups in which the animals underwent the microwave irradiation with power density of 892 mW/cm2 and 4331 mW/cm2,respectively。By imaging processor,the analysed results showed that:the mean value and SD of Na+ K+ ATPase of normal control group was of 59.19±3.90, 61.58±5.26 of 892mW/cm2 irradiated group and 27.04±2.06 of 4331mW/cm2irradiated group, The t test showed no significant difference between the normal control group and 892mW/cm2 irradiated group. However,a significant difference(P<0.01) was presented between 4331mW/cm2 group and the other two groups, respectively. It suggested that the microwave irradiation with power density of 892 mW/cm2 was safe in the use of both clinical and experimental, but,the power density of 4331 mW/cm2 was evidently of harmful dose in use, which could inhibited the activity of Na+ K+ ATPase while the structures of inner ear damaged。 The mechanism of the inhibition was also discussed.
