Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛合成及其加氢特性 Ⅰ.合成及表征

摘要 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,硫酸铝为铝源,利用三甲基苯(TMB)为溶剂溶解催化油浆制得的有机混合液作为增孔剂,合成出具有较大孔径的A l-MCM-41介孔分子筛。结果表明,采用有机混合液为增孔剂合成的分子筛具有很好的结构性能,试样平均孔径、孔容、BET比表面积分别为4.74 nm,1.41 cm3/g,870.23 m2/g。与单纯使用TMB合成的A l-MCM-41介孔分子筛相比,使用混合液制备的试样结晶度得到提高,平均孔径增大,焙烧后的失重较小且放热平缓。 Al-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves with high pore diameter was synthesized by using cationic surfactant of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as template agent,tetraethyl orthosilicate as silica source,aluminum sulfate as(aluminum) source,and FCC decanted oil dissolved by 1,3,(5-)trimethyl benzene(TMB) as the additives.The results showed that the molecular sieves synthesized by organic compound as expander has better structure properties,the average pore diameter,the pore volume and the BET surface area of it was up to 4.74 nm,1.41 cm^3/g and 870.23 m^2/g respectively.Compared with the Al-MCM-41 synthesized by TMB as expander particularly,it has high crystallinity,high average pore diameter,less roasting weightlessness and smooth heat liberation.
