金融是经济增长的重要推动力量，而立法和监管是金融发展的重要保证。自加入世界贸易组织以来，中国在金融业对外方面取得了明显成效，今后随着加入世贸组织过渡期的结束，更将全面提升金融业对外开放水平。在这一背景下，金融立法与监管也要进一步加强。
Finance is a key driver for economic growth, and legislation and supervision is the key guarantee for financial development. Since China＇s entry into the WTO, China has made remarkable progress in opening the financial sector to the outside world. With the end of China＇s post-WTO transitional period, the level of China＇s financial opening-up is sure to dse in an all-around manner. Under these circumstances, further efforts must be devoted to financial legislation and supervision.
