摘要
我国文化产业政策的实践已经有10余年的历史。对这段历史进行回顾和总结是十分必要的。本文总结了我国文化产业政策实践的几个阶段,分析了我国文化产业政策的实践特点,指出了文化产业政策实践中的不足和调整我国文化产业政策的基本思路。
It has been over ten years for the Chinese government to implement the cultural industry policy. It is necessary to rethink this course. This article provides a systematic review on the practice of China＇s cultural industry policy, analyzes the characteristics of policy making and implementation. It also demonstrates the problems of implementation of policy and map out a basic framework that ameliorates China＇s cultural industry policy.
