摘要
近年来,外国直接投资(FDI)在华投资数额逐年递增。然而,外国公司在我国经营时却屡屡出现诸如肆意污染环境、浪费资源、侵害中国劳工权利等不负责任的行为。本文在简要回顾我国FDI的发展情况,介绍国外兴起企业社会责任运动的缘由和概况的基础上,就外国公司在华未履行社会责任的事实进行揭示,并就外国公司在华未履行社会责任的后果以及同样不利于其自身在华的发展进行阐述,提出在华外国公司应主动承担社会责任。最后,强调我国政府在促进外国公司社会责任履行中的作用。
In recent years, the amount of foreign direct investment （FDI） in China is increasing rapidly year by year. However, most of the foreign companies are responsible for the environment pollution, waste of resources, violation of Chinese worker＇ s right, etc. Alter a simple introduction of the development of FDI in China and the cause of Corporate Social Responsibility（CSR）, we refer to tire facts that the foreign companies in China did not take their responsibilities, thus we analyse the disadvantages of their misfeasances and make the conclusion that foreign companies in China should be more positive in taking their responsibilities. Through the detailed analysis, we emphasize the role that our government should play in the process.
