摘要
关于预先防范措施,在刑法界争议颇多。对这一问题应采取具体问题具体分析的方法,某些预先防范措施是完全符合正当防卫条件而具有其合法性的。
Defending measures in advance is a controversial issue in criminal law field. I believe, making a concrete analysis of concrete conditions, some defending measures in advance copmletely conform to the conditions of iustifded defence and are legal.
