内固定与外固定器技术治疗小腿闭合性骨折的疗效与护理

摘要 目的:探索内固定(IF)与外固定器固定(EF)手术治疗小腿闭合性骨折的术后治疗要点及护理。方法:回顾IF与EF经治的闭合性胫/腓骨干骨折100例,比较分析了上述两技术的术后效果。结果:总体疗效、感染控制与功能恢复3方面在术后第2、12、72周时在统计学上均有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:手术治疗小腿闭合性骨折,IF优于EF。术后治疗应尽力争取到病人的充分理解与密切配合,重在防治感染与指导、协助病人坚持正确的功能锻炼。 Objective: To explore the key points of postoperative treatment and nursing in internal fixation (IF) and external fixation (EF) device for closed fractures in the leg, Methods: 100 patients with close fracture in the tibia/fibula disphysis were treated with IF and EF device, Their curative effect was retrospectively analyzed, Results:There was significant difference in total outcome, infection control and function rehabilitation at 2.12 and 72 weeks after operation between group with IF and group with EF device (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion: The surgical effect of IF issuperior to that of EF in treating closed fracture in leg, During postoperative treatment,the staff should strive for the patients' understanding and clused cooperation. Prevention of infection and correct functional exercise is the key.
