摘要
通过浇注合金钢铸件试块并借助电子显微镜观察和X-Ray分析,研究了钢液对铬铁矿高温致密涂料层的影响.结果表明:涂层的致密度与钢液作用的激烈程度成正比关系;从钢液中吸收大量的Fe是形成致密涂层的主要原因;涂层中Fe的主要物相为铁橄榄石及赤铁矿.
The influence of liquid steel on the formation of compacted chromite coating at high temperature has been investigated by pouring a test block of alloy steel casting as well as by scanning electron microscopic observation and electron microanalysis. It is shown that the compactness of the coating is in direct proportion to the intensity of the action of the liquid. The compacted coating is formed mainly through the absorption and penetration of a large amount of Fe from the liquid and the main compounds in the coating are Fe2SiO4 and Fe2O3.
