摘要
目的:探讨应用多功能呼吸机无创通气模式治疗急性左心衰。方法:观察15例病人在药物治疗的基础上应用大型多功能呼吸机无创通气1h后心率、血压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、血气分析的变化,经统计学处理后比较通气前后各指标的差异。结果:14例急性左心衰患者应用无创通气1h后,心率、血压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、血氧分压均有非常明显的改善,临床症状明显缓解。结论:急性左心衰早期积极的无创正压通气支持能改善左心功能,改善通气血流比值,提高氧分压和血氧饱和度,保证重要脏器的氧供,大大提高抢救的成功率。
Objective: To explore the use of noninvasive ventilation by complex critical care ventilator in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods: Based on routine administration, 15 patients with acute left heart failure ventilated with complex critical care ventilator for 1 hour. The heart rate,blood pressure, respiratory rate, saturation of blood oxygen and blood gas analysis were ohseraved and compared before and after ventilation. Resuits:After noninvasive ventilation for 1 hour, 14 patients with acute left heart failure improved in heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, saturation of blood oxygen and partial pressure of blood oxygen, clinical symptoms relieved. Conclusion :Early active application of noninvasive ventilation can improve left heart function,ventilation/perfusion ratio, partial pressure of oxygen, and ensure oxygen supplyment for important organs, then improve the success rate of treating acute left heart failure.
