摘要
计划经济条件下实验室的管理模式已不适应目前的需要，如何走出旧的框框去适应市场经济的运行规律，将触及对实验室管理体制的改革思想观念上的转变、调动人的积极性，提高人的综合素质及在分配上的改革等将对搞好实验室在新形势下的管理起到一定的作用．
The laboratory management model of planned economy does not keeep abreast of the times. How to go out of the past model and suit the law of the market economy is the main task lying ahead of us. Changing our idea, arousing enthusiasm, inproving quality and the distribution system will help us to make a good management of laboratory work under the new situation.
