摘要
简要概述了我国现有的防洪抗旱方面的标准,总结了这些标准在防汛抗旱实际工作中发挥的重要作用以及存在的问题。介绍了美国、英国、日本等国的防洪抗旱标准,对比分析了国内外防洪抗旱技术标准及其体系的异同和特色,指出我国防洪抗旱标准体系应继续深入研究的内容。
The active standard specification system on flood control and drought relief in China is briefly summarized, and the important effect and existing problems in execution are pointed out. The standard specification system on flood control and drought relief in United States, England and Japan etc is respectively introduced. The characteristics, similarities and differences of them are compared and analyzed at home and abroad. And then, the contents which should be continued to study in the standard system on flood control and drought relief in China are put forward.
