摘要
在分析阐述虚拟装配技术的原理和过程的基础上,基于三维建模软件SolidWorks,以轴承座为设计对象,进行虚拟装配设计,首先通过虚拟装配关系识别捕捉设计者的设计意图,然后利用装配约束运动确定零件的装配路径,并完成其装配,最后对轴承座进行相应的干涉检验,且利用爆炸技术将其分解,显示其装配关系。实践表明,利用虚拟装配技术可有效地提高产品装配质量和效率。
Based on analyzing the theory and the process of virtual assembly technology, application of virtual assembly to design a bearing bolt in SolidWorks was presented. First, the assembly relationship recognition was devised to capture the assembly design intention, then the constrained movement of the assembling part was used to obtain the assembly path of assembling part to finish the whole assembly, finally interference check technology as well as exploded view technology have been adopted to show the relationship between the parts of the bearing bolt. The results showed that virtual assembly technology could improve the quality and efficiency of virtual assembly modeling rapidly.
