摘要
使用Fluent软件模拟计算单级蜗壳式离心泵的全三维流场,发现泵叶轮内各通道的流量、流速及压力等分布有显著差别,流动呈现明显的非对称性及叶轮载荷不均。选用多重参考坐标系及标准kε湍流模型,计算了泵体受到的轴向力和径向力,结果表明因泵内流场非对称而产生较大的径向力。对泵性能的预测值与实测值作了对比,以验证计算结果。
A 3-D turbulent flow through entire a centrifugal pump was numerically simulated by using Fluent software. The analysis was completed in a multiple reference frame. The standard k -ε turbulence model has been applied. It showed obviously in the simulation that flow field was asymmetric, i. e. , flow speed and pressure field were total different among all passages in the impeller. Axial force and radial force on the pump were calculated as well. The results indicated that radial force due to asymmetry of flow field is significant and probably affected stability of pump working. The current computation is verified by comparing predicted and measured head.
