摘要
目前我国证券市场存在的制度性风险副作用仍很明显,如何有效化解我国证券市场的制度性风险,以纠正其对证券市场所具有的优化资源配置的功能和作用的扭曲,文章提出：给证券市场以准确定位,保持证券市场发展的连贯性,稳定预期；加强证券市场的法制建设；保护投资者利益,维护证券市场的公平、公正和公开。
It＇s obvious that contrast function of the systematic risk lies in our country securities market , how to melt effectively the institutional risk in order to correct the distort function in securities market, the views of the author is ： correctly position in securities market, keeping coherent development of securities market so as to stabilize expectation, intensifying legislative establishment of securities market; protecting interest of investors, and observing the rule of Fairness, Justice and Openness.
