摘要
本文用无水乙醇，氯仿除去蛇胆糖浆口服液中的糖份和其它干扰物质，提取出胆酸，用浓硫酸氧化法显色，用分光光度法测定蛇胆糖浆口服液中胆酸的含量。线性范围为０～２４μｇ／ｍｌ，回收率为９９．９３％，相对标准偏差为０．４１％。本法简便快速，灵敏度高，重现性好。
The Cholic acid was extracted from the Shedan oral liquid Sugur and disturbances were removed with dehydrated alcohol and chloroform Then the cholic acid was oxygenated with concentrated sulfuric acid and determinated by spectrophotometry The liner range is 0￣24μg/ml The recovery rate is 99 93% The relative standard deviation is 0 41%
