摘要
利用计算机仿真技术对光学图样光电探测过程中存在的原理误差进行修正。以圆孔夫琅和弗衍射图样的光电探测为例,给出了计算机仿真及误差修正的全过程。
By using the computer simulation technique,the theoretical error inthe photodetection process of an optical pattern is correcting.In this paper,wetake the photodetection of the Fraunhoffer diffraction pattern of a circular aperturefor example,the whole process of computer simulation and error correction is given.
