以外螺纹中径测量为例，详细论述了标准不确定度和展伸不确定度的建模过程，并给出了计算实例，使外螺纹中径测量精度的评定符合国际规范。
Takes the measurement of external thread pitch diameter as anexample,gives a detailed description of modelling of the standard uncertainty aswellas the expanded uncertainty,and provides calculating examples,to make eva luation of the measurement accuracy fo'r external thread pitch diameter be conformwith the international standard.
