摘要
１９８６年至１９９３年对２０７例食管癌、贲门癌病人进行手术治疗，１２６例采用机械吻合，随访１２０例；８１例手工吻合，随访７８例。着重比较术后吻合口狭窄的发生率，探讨发生吻后口狭窄的原因。随访结果表明，机械吻合的狭窄率（１５％）明显高于手工吻合（２．６％）。
rom 1986 to 1993,207 cases of esophageal and cardiac carcinomas were operated with gastroesophagostomy.Anastomat anastomose was performed in 126 cases ,and manual anastomose,81 cases.the rate of anastomotic stricture washigher in the anastomat anastomoses(15%)than that in the manual ones(2.6%)and its causes were discussed.
